The standard cooperation process is as follows: 1) Inquiry: You provide your product and customization needs; 2) Quotation & Sample: We issue a detailed quote and produce a sample for your confirmation (sample fee may apply, which can be deducted from the official order payment); 3) Order Confirmation: Both parties sign the contract and you pay the deposit; 4) Mass Production: We start production after sample confirmation; 5) Quality Inspection: We conduct strict pre-shipment inspection; 6) Balance Payment & Shipment: You pay the balance, and we arrange shipment according to the agreed terms; 7) After-sales Service: We follow up to ensure product satisfaction.
How long does it take to produce and deliver an order?
The production cycle depends on the order quantity and customization complexity. For standard orders (500-5000 units), the production time is 7-15 working days; for large orders or complex customization, it may take 20-30 working days. Shipping time varies by destination and shipping method: express delivery (e.g., DHL, FedEx) takes 3-7 working days, while sea freight takes 15-30 working days.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept common international payment terms to facilitate cooperation, including T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), PayPal, and Western Union. For regular orders, the standard term is 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment. We can also negotiate flexible payment terms for long-term cooperative clients.
